Since its inception in 1974, the F. E. Lykes Foundation has focused on Parks. Led by Norma Gene Lykes and her Board of Directors, parks remain the primary focus, however, selected projects can also include public art, neighborhood improvements and City of Tampa Parks & Recreation programs.
